How do I add an image to my cart?

Click on an image you would like to buy, and then click the little shopping cart icon. All Digital Images (single or packages of multiple) are under “Packages” .

 

The package I'm ordering says I can pick multiple poses, but I can only seem to add one; how do I get different photos into it?

When you click on "View Cart" and look for your selected package, there will be a little blue "edit | remove" below it. Click on "edit" and then it will show the number of spots that are included in the package with little squares and + symbbols. You may have already filled the spots with the same image; if so, click the 'x' to remove the image from the one you'd like to change, and then rather than clicking the '+' symbol in that square where the image goes, look below and find the blue button that says "add more images". That will take you back into the gallery, where you can navigate to the image that you'd like, and then click the shopping cart icon on it. That will open up your package again, and then you can hit that '+' symbol for the remaining spot(s), while the new image is highlighted at the top of your package screen.

 

How do I find physical prints rather than digitals (or vice versa)?

There were two separate links in the original email you got from your dance studio's admin. Go back to that email, and look for the link to the gallery for print orders or the link to the gallery for digital orders - these are two separate sites.  

 

 

DIGITAL IMAGE/PACKAGE DELIVERY

How do I access the digital images that I purchased?

You will receive an order receipt emailed to the address that you supplied in the online shopping cart. If you click "View Receipt" and scroll to the bottom of the receipt/order form, you will see a link for your purchased images. Just click the link to download the image(s) straight to your computer or device! Since we are sending you high resolution images, the downloaded file will be zipped so your computer or phone will need to extract them before viewing/saving them. Most devices have an unzip program built right in, so they should prompt you through this automatically. If not, you may need to look for an unzip app/program. The download link is active for 7 days after your purchase.

 

How large can I print the digital images from the files provided?

The digital image files that you download will print at guaranteed high quality up to 8x10. We have received feedback that even up to 11x14 printed from the downloaded files looks great!

 

 

PAYMENT

How are the payments processed?

The payment processors are Square Payments (digitals) and Stripe Payments (prints). You'll be able to use Visa or MasterCard to pay for your order.
